Pure and natural sunflower lecithin powder without additives, without carrier is a de-oiled, fine lecithin powder. It is tasteless, has a good dispersibility and prevents the formation of dust. As instantized aids it improves wettability behavior of powder for beverages and facilitates the uniform distribution of different active ingredients.
