Collection: Minerals & Electrolytes

Minerals are an important component of our body - each of us have, on average in terms of body weight percentage, the following minerals content :

Calcium        1.5%
Phosphorus  1.0%
Potassium     0.4%
Sulphur         0.3%

Sodium (Na) 0.2%  - Chloride(Cl)  0.2%

Magnesium   0.1%

+ many other trace minerals in small quantities

Minerals cannot be made by our body but need to be taken via food, drink or skin and when they are missing they will cause health issues.

it is also important to note that many of the minerals are present in our body dissolved in an ionic state which is very important for our electrolytic state - without electrolytes we would not be able to function.
