GABA plus with L-Theanine - 120 capsules

GABA (γ-aminobutyric acid) is a naturally occuring amino acid which works as a neurotransmitter in the brain. Neurotransmitter are ""chemical messengers"": the role of GABA is to block or inhibit certain brain signals and decrease the activity in the nervous system. When it attaches to GABA receptors in the brain, it causes a calming effect.

In this product GABA is combined with with Green Tea extract standardized to 30% L-Theanine, as well as Vitamin B6. L-Theanine increases the body's own GABA production and has a high bioavailability, meaning it is easily absorbed into the brain. Vitamin B6 is not only a co-factor for the production of GABA. It also contributes to normal psychological function and thus makes a useful addition to this product.
